My boyfriend loves this side dish. We both agree on the fact that Parmesan was sent from the heavens and it can add some “colour” to any dish. Its a new twist to your conventional boring greens. Also, its super quick and easy to make.
- 1 bundle of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
There really aren’t any solid steps per se. Sometimes I like mine salty, other times I like it cheesy and without fail, each and every time it is epic.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place asparagus in oven friendly dish.
- drizzle olive oil over the asparagus. Mix the asparagus to ensure that they are all covered in the oil.
- Sprinkle desired amount of parmesan, salt and pepper and mix to ensure that everything is evenly dispersed over asparagus.
- Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes.
