Parmesan Asparagus


My boyfriend loves this side dish. We both agree on the fact that Parmesan was sent from the heavens and it can add some “colour” to any dish. Its a new twist to your conventional boring greens. Also, its super quick and easy to make.


  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


There really aren’t any solid steps per se. Sometimes I like mine salty, other times I like it cheesy and without fail, each and every time it is epic.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place asparagus in oven friendly dish.
  3. drizzle olive oil over the asparagus. Mix the asparagus to ensure that they are all covered in the oil.
  4. Sprinkle desired amount of parmesan, salt and pepper and mix to ensure that everything is evenly dispersed over asparagus.
  5. Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes.
